- Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering (E&I, or Electrical or instrumentation) with 3-year experience/Technical Certification with 5-year experience, similar position in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting any malfunction can accrue to for Electrical and Power Supply system, (all lighting at the station, Main Distribution Board, Al instrumentation in the field and inside Electrical & Instrumentation building
- Troubleshooting any malfunction can accrue to SCADA system (SCADA pack, PLC, DNP3 instrument, Control Panels etc.) identify the root cause and rectify
- Troubleshooting any malfunction can accrue to SMDB, UPS, battery banks etc, identify the root cause and rectify
- Troubleshooting any malfunction can accrue to Remate /Motorized Operated Valves ROV/MOV Valve pneumatic actuator, identify the root cause and rectify.
- Troubleshooting any malfunction can accrue to any regulator, slam shut off, PSV identify the root cause and rectify.
- Conduct Annual earth pit testing, prepare report as per company procedure, form.
- Conduct Annual calibration of all instruments including pressure gauges, temperature gauges, pressure transmitters. femperature transmitters, all types of relief valves or other related instruments, prepare service report,
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Arabic & English speaking is mandatory
- Proven Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Power-point to analyze date, create reports and deliver presentations.
- Excellent problems-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong proficiency in time management ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks
- Stay updated trends and best practices to with industry trends continuously improve call center operations
- Responsibilities:
