- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as an Office Cleaner in UAE.
- Must have at least 10 to 15 years of experience as a Material Engineer in Road, Infrastructure and Building Construction Company in UAE.
- Experience in Road and Infrastructure 10-15 yrs
- Must have 5 yrs experience in Pipelines and Water works preferably in UAE
- Must have at least 5 to 8 years of Experience working as a Recruiter in UAE specifically in Construction Company.
- -Performs candidates search by thoroughly screening CVs to fill in vacancies through various recruitment resources (e.g. job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, etc., referrals, walk-in applications, etc.)
- -Conducts telephone interviews to verify candidates’ information, experiences, and qualifications
- -Performs (1) arranging interviews, (2) salary negotiations, and (3) gathering information and documents for the early stages of onboarding
- -Performs ad hoc duties from the HR Manager and/or Management to complete particular tasks related to (1) performance management, (2) administration, and (3) labour recruitment.
